Building something special
Wayfinder is being designed from the studs up by clinicians, educators, and parents — together. Every wall, window, and material choice is in service of how young children actually learn, move, communicate, and feel safe.
Our design north star
We're drawing inspiration from Reggio Emilia ateliers, modern Montessori studios, and pediatric healing environments — warm materials, low sightlines, generous daylight, and rooms that hush rather than echo.
Inclusive preschool classrooms
Small classrooms, open-shelf materials, and emergent curriculum. Children of every ability learn side by side — with support woven into play, not pulled away from it.
Collaborative therapy spaces
Dedicated suites for speech, OT, PT, and ABA — built next door to the classroom so therapists, teachers, and families talk every day, not every quarter.
Family-friendly design
Linen seating, sibling-safe corners, stroller-friendly entries, and a coffee bar that says stay a while. Caregivers are part of the team — and the building knows it.

We're a small founding team with a clear vision: a place where pediatric therapy and inclusive preschool finally feel like one warm, coordinated home. Here's who we are today — and the leaders we're inviting to grow with us.

A parent first, a builder second. Started Wayfinder after years of driving across town from therapy to preschool to specialist — and believing families deserved one place that did it all, with warmth.

A pediatric clinician with two decades inside hospitals, schools, and private practice. Joined as co-founder to design a model of care where speech, OT, PT, ABA, and the classroom actually talk to each other every day.

Clinical leadership being assembled
Licensed CCC-SLPs anchoring our speech team — supporting late talkers, AAC users, gestalt language processors, and pediatric feeding.

OTR/L clinicians who treat sensory integration and self-regulation as the foundation for everything a child wants to do next.

Pediatric physical therapy is on our roadmap as a future service — joining Wayfinder after our initial launch so families have one coordinated home for every discipline.
